1979 Honda CX500D Deluxe Unregistered US Import Classic Running Restoration Project
As you can see this bike looks complete & remarkably original but for the silencers, side panel reflectors & cut down seat. It has stood a while, so the battery is flat, paintwork is faded, tyres & seat cover are perished & master cylinder is not working.
The fuel tank is squeaky-clean inside. The engine is cosmetically clean, BUT BEST OF ALL when we hooked it up to a good battery it fires, starts, runs & revs on the fuel in the tank.
