This well-respected, and very much sought-after 2005 Kawasaki VN800 Vulcan Classic has recently been imported from North America where it has spent all its life.

This and the fact it's only showing 23560 miles and has been in dry storage for a considerable time have helped maintain its boyish good looks.

While it looks entirely plausible, we have been unable to confirm this mileage reading. Please disregard it.

It has stood a while, so the battery is nearly flat, rear tyre is past its best & front brake lever is broken.   

BUT NOW FOR THE GOOD NEWS

This is the actual bike you are bidding on – Not library pictures.

Nice features include: - Tool roll. Sissy-bar & rack, panniers & Vance & Hines pipes.

The wheels look straight with nice clean chrome rims, good hubs & brake plate, disc, caliper & working master cylinder.

Forks & yokes look straight & clean.

Mudguards are both solid & are tidy.

Taillight assy is good as are the headlight & hangers.

Instruments & switches look good.

Carburettors are free sliding off the twist grip.

Paintwork is solid, fuel tank is useably clean inside.

Seat is in good condition throughout.

Shock absorber is damping fine.

The engine is cosmetically very clean,

BUT BEST OF ALL when we hooked it up to a good battery & fed it fresh fuel it fires, starts, runs & revs nicely.
