This well-respected and increasingly rare 1974 Suzuki RE5 Rotary Wankel has recently been imported from North America where it's spent all its life.
There are a few parts missing; battery, ignition barrell, key, tank cap cover, meter cover and mirrors being the most notable.We noted that; the headlight bowl is broken, much of the bright chrome is sadly pitted, there is some rust throughout and the RH silencer is rotten.
The wheels, forks, yokes, and frame look straight.
The instruments look ok.
The tank looks mucky inside but feels solid.
Seat base is solid.
We have had the engine turning over with compression but the starter motor is very slow and the electrics need work so we haven't had it running.
We are selling this bike as a trade clearance project so make us an offer and get started!
