1973 BMW R75/6 Unregistered US Import Barn Find Classic Restoration Project

This 1973 BMW R75/6, has recently been imported from North America.

We have been unable to confirm this mileage reading. Please disregard it.

As you can see this bike has a few parts missing –

grab rail being the most obvious.

We also noted that it has a nonstandard corbin seat and a non-standard handlebar.

The wheels are straight with nice clean alloy.

The forks and yokes look straight and gators are intact.

The tail light assy is good as are the headlight and bowl

but the rim and lens are connected to the bowl via cable ties.

Instruments and switches look ok.

The carburettors are free sliding off the twist grip.

The paintwork ihas a few marks/chips.

The fuel tank is clean inside but has been resealed.

The indicators are tidy. Both mud guards are straight and solid.

The standard exhaust is solid and bright.

The engine is cosmetically clean.

BUT BEST OF ALL when we fed it some fresh fuel and hooked it up to a good battery we had it firing/running & revving.

We are selling this bike as a trade clearance project so make us an offer and get started!
