This well respected, tax and MOT exempt, 1979 Kawasaki KZ650SR has recently been imported from North America.
As you can see the bike has a few bits missing; mirrors and indicators being the most obvious. We also noted that; the airbox is loose, there is a hole in the RH silencer and the tailight assy is loose.
The wheels looks straight with good alloy.
Forks look straight and the chrome is bright.
Headlight lens, bowl and rim look ok.
Instruments look ok and switches move freely.
The seat base is in good condition as is the chainguard.
Mudguards look straight and solid.
The carburettor is freesliding off the twist grip.
Engine looks clean.
When we hooked it up to a good battery we had it firing, running and revving on easystart spray but the carb and fuel system will need some attention.
We are listing this bike as a trade clearance project so make us an offer.
