1976 Honda GL1000 Goldwing Unregistered US Import Barn Find Classic Restoration With US Title

This well-respected, and very much sought-after Tax & MOT exempt 1976 Honda GL1000 Goldwing has recently been imported from North America where it has spent all its life – the climate is far kinder to motorcycles than ours.

As you can see this bike has a few parts missing – Indicators & grabrail being the most obvious. It has stood a while, so the battery is flat, tyres & seat cover are perished, brake master cylinders are not working & carburettors are stuck. The gear lever has been modified.

The wheels look straight with nice clean alloy rims, good looking discs & calipers.

Forks & yokes look straight with good chrome.

Mudguards are both solid & are tidy.

Taillight assy is good as are the headlight & hangers.

Instruments & switches look good.

Paintwork is solid.

Exhausts are original & appear to be solid.

The engine is cosmetically clean - We have had it firing/running on easystart spray but the fuel system & carbs will need attention.
