This well-respected and much sought after 1978 Yamaha DT125E has recently been imported from North America where its spent all its life.
As you can see there are a few bits missing;clocks, Chainguard, ballend off the clutch lever, side panels, seat foam and cover being the most obvious. We did note also that the tank is dented on the RH side and the seat base is split.
Wheels look straight but there are a few rust spots on the bright chrome rims.
Forks look straight but the gators are perished.
Headlight, tailight and indicators all look ok.
There are a few marks in the bright paint.
The fuel tank is useably clean inside and feels solid.
The mudguards are straight and solid.
The exhaust is solid.
We have had the engine turning over but noted low compression and couldn't get a spark so we haven't had it running.
We are listing this bike as a trade clearance project so make us an offer.
