This well-respected, and very much sought-after Tax & MOT exempt 1967 Honda CL90 Scrambler has recently been imported from North America where it has spent all its life – the climate is far kinder to motorcycles than ours.
This and the fact it's only showing 6904 miles and has been in dry storage for a considerable time have helped maintain some of its boyish good looks.
As you can see this bike has got a few bits missing, a few bits damaged/broken, a few bits rusty/corroded, a few bits non-standard & a few bits are very nice indeed.
The wheels look straight with nice clean chrome rims, good hubs & brake plates.
Forks & yokes look straight & clean.
Mudguards are both solid.
Taillight assy is good as are the headlight bowl & hangers.
Instruments look good.
Chain guard is tidy.
The engine is cosmetically very clean - Sadly, it is seized, hopefully it will be through standing around forever, but we have not inspected the engine internally, so we have no idea why/how it has seized.
